My name is Richard Whitbread, an artistic photographer and writer working in the Ottawa Ontario area.

My work consists of primarily of artistic photography with the occasional foray into the commercial (portraiture,  event,  product and travel) photography side of things.

The blog section of this site is devoted to two topics near and dear to my heart, photography and travel (although some special posts may interrupt the regular flow from time to time) so feel free to pop in for some fun and informative reading.
